Britney Spears appears to have found her a new Kevin Federline. The pop singer turned new mom, turned party girl has been spotted out with a new companion, model-actor Isaac Cohen, 25. But before he is labeled with the Kevin Federline 2.0 label, his representation would like to add that he is no K-Fed.

Cohen “is not a player,” his agent at L.A. Models, Brandi Lane, tells People Magazine. “He’s got a great heart and a good family, and he was raised well. He’s a gentleman.” The better question is - can he save Britney.

Hollyscoop notes that “This is my year” is Cohen’s Myspace headline and muses, “Due to recent the occurrings I would definitely have to agree with him that this “is his year” since no one knew who he was before he spent a day with Britney Spears.”

People reports that the hunky 25-year old has clearly a fresh face on Britney’s hectic social scene, where BFFs come and go (au revoir, Paris); just last month Spears was spotted kissing music producer J.R. Rotem.

As for the new guy Ms. Lane says that his relationship with Spears began “recently … within the past month.” The L.A.-area native “is not out to get a name for himself,” says Lane. “He’s not just a pretty boy.”
