According to various sources, “The Circus Starring Britney Spears” may be set to tour the USA again in early fall of this year! One of the sources claims to be an employee of the Toyota Center Arena in Houston, where they have a CONFIRMED date (September 16, 2009) for Britney Spears to perform at their venue again.
