Britney is no show at hearing

Britney was scheduled to appear in court at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, but her appearance was delayed, according to TMZ.com.

“Britney was supposed to sit down with Judge Reva Goetz at 1:30 today to talk about her progress, but her appearance has been put off because, we’re told, the parties need more time before the meeting.”

Judge Reva Goetz wants to meet with Britney for a second time this year to evaluate her obvious progress and to, hopefully, end the conservatorship.

No date has been set for Britney’s next appearance in court, nor has a date for the end of the conservatorship been established.
