Adnan Ghalib to face prison time?

Britney’s ex-boyfriend / paparazzo, Adnan Ghalib, will stand trial for “felony assault with a deadly weapon, battery and hit-and-run” because a judge ruled there is not enough evidence to prosecute him.

Ghalib’s preliminary hearing ended this morning after Ram Moskowitz, the alleged victim, testified how Adnan hit him with a car after Moskowitz attempted to serve Adnan legal papers regarding a restraining order from Britney. Ghalib did not testify and will be arraigned on July 23.

If convicted, Adnan could face up to seven years in prison.
