Britney steals lighter

A video of Britney stealing a lighter after paying for some gum at a local gas station. The owner did say he wants Britney to return and pay for the $1.39 lighter, but will not press charges thankfully. No idea what Britney was thinking, I am sure $1.39 won’t hurt her finances too badly :)
