Britney’s New Pad

Britney Spears is celebrating her new single status with a shopping spree for a flashy new pad in Miami worth $37.5 million. The singer, who dumped hubby Kevin Federline, is selling the house they shared in Malibu for $17.4 million and is looking to buy one in Florida for more than twice that. She was considering the deal with Palms Hotel and Casino two years ago but said no after Federline opposed it. A move to Miami would see Spears and her two young sons closer to her family in Louisiana.
Spears, 24, is expecting a big payday to help foot that bill — she is reportedly ready to sign a 20-week, $19.4 million exclusive performance deal with a Las Vegas casino.

I think that was a good move. She needs a new place to make new and “TRUE HAPPY” memories with her children.
