Britney was scheduled to appear in court at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, but her appearance was delayed, according to TMZ.com.

“Britney was supposed to sit down with Judge Reva Goetz at 1:30 today to talk about her progress, but her appearance has been put off because, we’re told, the parties need more time before the meeting.”

Judge Reva Goetz wants to meet with Britney for a second time this year to evaluate her obvious progress and to, hopefully, end the conservatorship.

No date has been set for Britney’s next appearance in court, nor has a date for the end of the conservatorship been established.

Britney’s boyfriend Jason Trawick hates Britney’s music, according to Fox News.

Jason attended Paris Hilton’s Studio-54-themed birthday party at her place without Britney over the weekend and apparently bashed his girlfriend’s line of work.

“Jason arrived with a male friend, but was definitely enjoying himself until DJ Mr. Best, threw on Britney Spears’ song ‘Toxic,’” an insider told Pop Tarts. “When the song came on the first thing out of Jason’s mouth was ‘OMG I hate this song!’ His friends all laughed and continued to talk, but he interrupted them by saying, ‘I’m sorry, I can’t hear what you’re saying over her voice.’ He wasn’t laughing.”

Jason continued partying through the night. Partygoers asked him if he was ready to call it a night, replying “Nope, I’m all good,” leaving around 3 am.

Britney gave off no smiles as she was photographed outside Face Place salon in West Hollywood on Thursday, where Britney stopped off for some beauty therapy. Britney wore a checkered jacket and black jeans.

From last week when Britney and Jason were spotted by photographers after grabbing some lunch on Valentines day at the Marmalade Cafe in L.A.

Britney’s Versace dress she wore to the 2008 Video Music Awards was auctioned off on eBay for $8,100 to benefit the American Red Cross for Haiti relief, according to new reports.

The dress, which was the highest winning item with more than 75 bids, was a custom-made dress for Britney that measured 15 inches from underarm to underarm and 37 inches from top to bottom.

“The auction helped raise thousands of dollars for Haiti relief. Another winning bids include $3,550 for Cyrus’ Herve Leger mini-dress worn to this year’s Grammy Awards, while a meet and greet with Hugh Jackman on the set of his next movie scored a winning bid of $4,800.”
